Recordings of Art and chat - january 2013

Took longer than hoped and expected to upload stuff into archive.org - perhaps we want to do something about this.. It is both slow and time/attention consuming because it fails on large files and doesn't do consecutive file uploads without failing..

The recordings are of most of the night. Suzzanna's talk recording failed to save :( and I think a similar fate occurred to part of Babinski's talk. This is one of the reasons we put a budget for a better equipment in the recent ACE application.. However, it might also be an idea, now that Phil is in Brazil, it might be an idea to use the linkup for recording..

Anyhow.. I think we do have some interesting discussions to listen to, and perhaps comment bellow.. ;)

digital art meetings in Brighton
During September 2012's Brighton Digital Festival, we run a weekly "Open-Mic" evenings for artists using digital meansi.e. artists, hackers & enthusiasts that work with digital media. you might be an animator, a programmer, a collective that use digital technologies for archiving and/or communicating, a digital photographer, a network artist, a 3d modeller, etc.. to present and discuss - “show, tell & crit” - their works with the public in a relaxed atmosphere of a local pub.
